5+ years of project management experience in a creative or digital setting
Battle-tested in fast-moving environments—agency, startup, whatever
Fluent in PM tools (Monday, Asana, Trello, pick your poison)
Comfortable with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall—you know what to use and when
Strong communicator, clear thinker, steady under pressure
Remote-savvy, self-directed, and detail-obsessed
PMP or similar creds are a plus—but not requiredBONUS POINTS
Know how to handle high-profile clients and high-stakes work
Understand how strategy, content, design, and dev come together
Are ATL-based (or close enough to collaborate in person sometimes)
